Hey Dan O go to Yahooo Finance. Pull the quote for TOUP(detailed quote). Then click profile. Then under financial links click on SEC filings (raw filings) make sure you click directly on raw filings in ()then go to the form SB-2/A dated 4/7/99 read it and you will "know more about it"
