The possibility of a strong open is there. Given it is option expiry day tomorrow, my guess is a close at 62.5 or 65 (if NASD remains reasonably well behaved), or 60 (if the short term jump is followed by selling - as observed today). More likely the latter. I guess NASDAQ's strong rally from the lows today with broader advances indicates there is still some momentum left for techs. Intel's strong performance was also encouraging (while Lucent stunk it up bigtime).

Tim , do you still have your ASND stock. I rememeber you from the ASND thread. What are you short / long term views on LU/ASND. I have a ton of ASND that I bought in the low 30s (and an option straddle on ASND / LU options to take advantage of the spread).

Regards

Alok
