Not a blow away report...

SUNW never has, and never will, have a blow away report!

Just steady as a rock, moving upward and onward!

You either like it or you don't. This long likes this report
just the way it is, and hopes that the next 20 reports are
exactly the same! Steady as she goes!

Antitrades!!

Afterhours trading shows it shuffling around $59 3/4-$60 1/2. Folks are probably waiting for the call.

Look at the REVENUE GROWTH (24%). That is why SUN will do well tomorrow. Too many companies have made or beat their numbers with weak revenues (making the shortfall by selling Internet stock holdings or
interest revenues). That is the reason for the underlying weakness in NASD and nervousness. SUN's figures basically show that it is (as of now) unaffected by the general PC and tech slowdown.

The conference call will most likely guide the 2nd quarter estimates higher. You should recall that SUn had previously indicated an acceleration in growth on the second half, and these results just add
credibility to their projections.

If there is a sell-off after this (and there very well maybe), I am adding a lot more. A couple of weeks back, Dale (a long time SUN bear whose short position transformed into puts) had asked if anybody was buying SUn in the 120s, and I had said no. After this report I feel quite comfortable building back my position at these levels.

Regards

Alok
