Are you telling me that Reg D investors are not given financial info-- only info that is on the street????????

Since DCHT has not ONE filing with the SEC-- only 144's-- then that is all those investors got-- nothing?

BTW, I raised Private VC-- not securities-- no licenses here.

I see in some of your posts you said you sold PP's-- be careful being licensed and posting on a board....
