lml and others, Has anyone out there actually had a DSL circuit, whether served by covad or another local isp, installed by covad. I'm curious as to what was your experience with their customer service. Did they arrive on time? Everything work the first time out? Any advance knowledge of when they were scheduled? Was your order processed correctly? How'd they do with the in-plant wiring? I'm very interested as to whether customer service is more of a priority for covad that for the RBOCs? Larry
