Please re-read the "PP and convertible debendure NR's" ogi!! These are Vancouver Stock Exchange "APPROVALS" for the debenture and PP announced February 19/99. THESE ARE NOT NEW PP"S!!

Did our president ever make a public statement regarding the allegations that he intentionally abused the investments entrusted to him by a former co-worker?

Yes, he announced that it as a isunderstanding and the writ had been withrawn against him and the issue had been settled. Which it has.

This company is begining to truly get my goat and their continued silence regarding any progress at the negotiating table is a continued annoyance. I know negotiations are delicate but I should think one could comment without prejudicing the discussions. Hell you might even consider that public comment could be a powerful tool in the fight for justice. Instead they prefer to give stock away at .15 and continue to drag this game out.

Then you should probably sell, because it will likely "drag' out until at least mid-June!! The BC Government have told RKR's lawyers that they will walk away from the table if one word of the negotiations hits the papers!! Did it not seem strange to you that Mac Bloe never even so much as gave a whiff of news to it's shareholders regarding the negotiations? Nobody even knew they were in negotiations until the $80MM+ was announced!!

There is a rumour floating on the thread that june 30 is D-Day for the BC Gov. I don't know if that is true, but you can be well assured that if it is, then you'll here lots about the BC Gov during the latter weeks of June!
