*** Important Amendment News ***

I just noticed something very significant in the latest amendment. Look at the difference between these two lines.

4/7/99 Amendment
The Company has applied for its Common Shares to be quoted for trading on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market under the symbol BIDS.

4/15/99 Amendment
Following the effective date of this Registration Statement, the Company's Common Shares will be quoted on The Nasdaq National Market under the symbol BIDS.

Notice the difference?

1) Small Cap to National

2) To begin trading after the effective date of this amendment (4/15/99). I bet this amendment is effective tomorrow and so trading will commence Monday.
