Plus, Dagan, you used this tactic to explain a price increase at close once before until you were called on it by someone who could call your bluff.

You're a fascinating, if to all appearances artificial, character (construct?), Dagan. You never get angry (except that little tiff with Jerry a while back that seems so out of character it, too, looks artificial), you never answer posts you can't turn to your advantage, you obviously spend a *considerable* amount of time on-line perusing this and other threads, SEC, NASDAQ and other research sites to find little tidbits to tease us with...and all with no discernable motive.

If there is no discernable motive I have to believe there *is* one regardless, that you simply have reason to keep it hidden. Which doesn't reflect well on you, I'm afraid.

<sigh>

RUN UP was by brokerages who have accumulated stock for house or affiliated funds , they run up price so as to give the house a big sell profit at the day high closing price .The fund shareholders then have a high cost & commission base. The house gets the accumulated profit not shareholders of the fund.

I see price going lower or I think they would have done it tomorrow if they thought the price was going higher. Re- filing creates more delays. I've seen companies file 5 or more times in some cases more , 3 is pretty standard.

Stallion,

I am also interested in how this affects the share price, but more importantly, how does he know? Doug – where / how did you come across this information?

Btw Stallion, today's action was a hammer, right? Still learning candlesticks though. Wouldn't the formation of the last few days be a Hanging Man? Would this be true in the breakout of a retracement? I am having trouble filtering candlesticks – can you tell me what your interpretation is? TIA.

Denise.
