Dagan, you might remember a few weeks ago when there was a discussion about what became known as the "amendements delay" IF I recall correctly certain regulars kept saying (and kept on and kept on .....) there was not going to be a delay. Well here we are and we're talking about "amendements delay 2". I know it's had for BCB's (BidCom Boosters) to accept this but a fact's a fact. Anytime you have lawyers involved it just natural that there are "DELAYS"

PS: IF any other posters (besides Dagan) have actually gone through the filing process I'd like to hear from you.

>>I've seen companies file 5 or more times in some cases more , 3 is pretty standard.

Doug,
Why can't you just be a man and say that you have called this stock BRUTALLY. !!!!
You were so down on it when it was $3.00 - $6.00 and then we had your little stint as a " long " player for 1 week......
This is the saddest part of it.....you were bullish on this stock at $6.00+ for a week........and THEN YOU SOLD OUT AT $8.00+ or so because you did not have the guts to stay with the volatility! You made money Doug but you bailed way too early.....we've all done it...why don't you just say........." hey thread....I have really never been right on this one so I wish you all the best. " that we might have respect for....but these sad attempts at trying to beat down this stock is just.....well sad.

Doug,
A month or so ago this stock was at $6.40.....it is now touching $30.00..........THIS SAYS IT ALL !

dagan when are you going to give it up you loser you been on here calling this thing to drop since 3 dollars. where do you get off offering anyone any kind of advice your a poor loser at that. when i have decided not to invest in a stock any longer its usually because im busy investing in another and i won't go back to that board unless the stock peaks my interest. i definetly defintely donot stick around for months and months bashing a stock for something to do i have better things todo like making money. i think you are some smart ass little kid having a good time because nobody could be this stupid. come on now from 3.00 to 30.00 your going the wrong way and you probably always have been all your life get a grip get lost take a hike go try investing. the only other scenario i can think of is you shorted at 3.00 and your in a lot of trouble then i would have to say i can't blame you for what your doing because your just not in the right frame of mind. your desparate.

Buy High Sell Low

<<<...RUN UP was by brokerages who have accumulated stock for house or affiliated funds , they run up price so as to give the house a big sell profit at the day high closing price .>>>>>

According to the Logic of the poster of the above statement, it is common practice for Brokerage houses to buy High and sell Low. I'm sure clients of these Houses are very pleased to hear this. This explains why these Brokerage Houses have been in business for so many years.

I cannot help but feel sorry for the individual that wrote this statement.
