Rogue, Thanks for starting this thread. This stock caught my attention as soon as I took a look at their technology (http://www.evtn.com/ ). I checked the links you listed. I think the video at tradeshows-online.com is a must watch. I also checked out the article at cnnfn.com and I asked the Mr. Albert DiBella (CEO) about it. It turns out the company is just another victim of Jerry Wenger. I have to say that the fundamental of the EVTN is not rock solid (as compare to my other recent play ABYT. That company has been profitable for last 14 years and has a customer base of about 6000 clients, and it's new product should make it EBAY type of stock in a year or two). EVTN made profit in the first six months of 1998 but had a small loss at the year end (partly due to the purchase of a building). But EVTN's potential is certainly very impressive. Considering that the Voraxial Separator ( VAS) is targeting at the $3 billion markets, including municipal water and waste water treatment, chemical industries, general manufacturing, pulp paper production, mineral processing, and the production of oil and gas, and considering that the VAS is much cheaper and efficient then any existing systems, it's save to assume that the first signal of the market acceptance (the sale of one prototype, for example) will launch this stock to a much higher range. I am also very impressed with the fact that Mr. DiBella has been putting his own money into the research and development of VAS instead of issuing a lot of stocks like most of other BB companies would do. As the result the share outstanding is only about 11 million and the float is only about 1 million. I think the recent price surge has to do with the fact that the company is about to "break ice" in the market place. They have been in talk with a marketing firm who has clients in need of VAS system (one client, for example, need to replace a multi-million dollar system that is not working properly). They are also starting to get media interest because of VAS' application in environmental protection. I took a "speculative" position in this company. I will wait six months to one year to see if the company can make the first sale (even if it is just one prototype). If that happens, I think this will be another one of my 5 to 10 bags. (Got two 10 bags so far this year.) Good luck, yongzhi
