Hi Jim "I think PCQUOTE is used by many of the on-line brokers for their data feed. I'm not sure how they can have a backup system." I am sure there are other quote feeders besides PC Quote. My broker was getting quotes - so there are other places that Watley can turn too. Watley does not position themselves as a "discount broker" therefore I do not expect the service to be "discount". A company's true colors show on a day of chaos. Watley is obviously not prepared and still in its infancy as a company. I must disagree with the point you made about a "failure beyond their control" - we are paying our money to Watley - not PC Quote. Watley is the company that will be loosing the customers. If Watley is relying on only one data feed, then they need to do something about that. A company that puts all its eggs in one basket, IMO, has NO control. Honestly, I can put up with computer problems here and there but I can not tolerate poor customer service. And that is what I experienced today with the Watley reps. Any of my posts are my opinion and my choices. You stated that you are on your third broker, so you are obviously in search of excellence too. IMO Straight UP
