I think that they are going to use this kid as an example unfortunately. I heard on CNBC tonight that the max is a decade in the joint with a million dollar fine as a kicker. I would hope that they do not really hammer the kid with anything close to the maximum but I think he will be doing community service for a year (g).

I personally think it was funny, but then it lifted this POS stock for a day and that made me happy. Had I been short, or bought on the "news" ...not so happy. What this guy did is fraud, and fraud is a crime.
