People were a little upset at Watley...

Having something like this happen usually gives people the green light to unload all of their beefs. The poor attitude of customer service was a common complaint.

Should be interesting watching how ABW handles this situation and what changes are made because of it. This is one of the brokerages I have been considering too.

By the way, Brett Verinck of ABW often posts on the ABW thread in response to questions and problems. This was his explanation of the problem.
