Thanks for clearing that up. Well, I have to agree. I sure can't say who is right about that 144 bit, but hey, what do you say to this? Message 8894210 HuH? Is this fitting? If Oshinsky tells the truth, then it may be that once upon a time CEO? Haberman innocently said something like this to him-- "hey, post what you want, its a free country kid- but WE didn't pay you for that, you are on your own." At any rate, Oshinsky has vocally distanced his actions here from any possible DCHT expectation that he engage in such, thus keeping DCHT as much in the clear as possible.
