Bob, I can look for it but can you past where a 50% split in cost thru P II was cited. I had previously confirmed with XOMA and posted that there was no 50% split in profits prior to P III.

None of those present asked if there were any milestone or upfront payments. Until an announcement to the contrary I would assume there are none.

While pleased with the press release yesterday I really wonder why XOMA management just dosen't get it! The it is the need to provide at least tid bits on what is taking place in their various meting. We are the ones that care.

Yes there are holders that don't use the internet but XOMA made a decision to ignore them and send releases only by request. Meaning they thought the Internet was the best way to communicate with shareholders. CORR can disdain individual owners because it is held by institutions, XOMA at present is held mainly by individuals.

XOMA wake up and talk to the only audience that cares about what you are saying!!
