Let me waffle on a previous post please!! After reading the link you provided to Rev Canada, I can see that the interpretation of "daytrading revenue" is no longer up for grabs. Assuming that then, one should consider the "business aspects" as oppoosed to the Cap Gain route. I am going to talk to an accountant, I may be better off to switch to a business on the basis of my expenses last year. At the sametime I have to watch RC doesn't come knocking at the door for my previous interpretation!! Interesting Buckey....thank You! the Chief
