the press release was on 03/01/99
Since there was no recourse from SEC so far, it is an automatic
that IGCO becomes fully reporting within 60 days(or less)!!

10-SB for Registration of Securities of Small Business Issuers with the Securities and Exchange Commission in
application to become fully reporting under Section 12(b) or (g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Through the Company's subsidiary, ''International Gold Corporation'' the Intergold Corporation is exploring a large
