No problem maintaining connection to SI, but I have had more than the usual problems with my phone line from the office and lost connection to AOL and Lexis more than usual.

<*OT* Anyone else having problems maintaining a connection to SI the last week or so?>

Tim, I have not been losing the connection as much as it is taking a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnngggggggg time to download anything on SI, particularly the "My Stocks" feature. Seems to happen during the day, but not at night. Often it is taking 4 or more minutes to download anything (I have timed it on my watch). Many times it gives me an error message because it took so long.

Is this what is happening to you? Any ideas? I am using BrowseMaster, but do not think that is the problem. Tonight (9:30 P.M. California time) I am having no problems, but this morning was very frustrating because I wanted to check my stocks before going to the office.

Good Luck,

Steve
