I wouldn't say *all* the Yahoo news is in the stock. An analogy is the discounted price on a stock when a buyout is going to take place. There's always some holding back until it's really a done deal.

how do you know the hold up isn't on ckfr's side?

I would think they would not want to announce it until everything was ready.

I would think that Yahoo would want to announce it ASAP, as it would keep loyal yahooligans interested and maybe wait on signing up until it is live with yahoo!

Just guessing on my part.

As for being built into the stock price, surely some of it is there
