Marshall - too late - already told Ed + further RACE comments

Marshall - as you know there is no secret with HTML code - it's amazing what you can do with just a little knowledge of HTML. I already PM'd Ed on some 'tricks' - so apologies in advance of what Ed may do with the 'new knowledge' - ha ha :)

RACE - additional comments

IMO I would not go long on this company as it stands. The SEC filings are not pretty to read. However, one shining light is that they appear to have a decent product that has won some awards and that's it - with a few clients thrown in.

FWIW this is what I'd do and I assume that RACE must have already considered these few observations:

(1) Scrap the exisiting web site and build one that is far more professional in appearance - with far better IR content, corporate info, etc. The 'award' images are even hard to read. The web site is the corporate face of the company on the Internet. It MUST be first class.

For example - here's another company that I have followed for a year now that also has a great product line that is now making it's way into the market. They had two awful web sites first up. I and others offered our comments - and now it's great:

napierintl.com

(2) Try to find out why the award winning product(s) is not making it in the market - there's a breakdown between product development and market penetration. Find out what it is and fix it.

(3) Get a new PR firm. Please do not blame folks for jumping all over Liviakis et al. Their track record is less than desirable. Reread the Worth article on Liviakis - "Tale of a Tout".

worth.com

Is this who you want for RACE? The reputation of the PR firm that is selected to market the company to the investment community is one of the key factors when selecting stocks - both for myself and many others. The PR firm that is selected can be very telling.

As investors we have every right to know the score in the markets.

I'll leave you with a comment from Oscar Wilde: "The courts are the last refuge of a scoundrel".

It was true then - it's true today.
