Finally we caught a break and this baby has pulled back. I took advantage of it late in the day yesterday. It also made me feel pretty good to see Worldgate come public and file their S-1 with the SEC. Under risks and litigation, you can read about Advanced Interactive's (Okane partner that provides the exclusive patent rights) litigation against Worldgate along with Microsoft Web TV and others. Advanced has a strong patent here regarding the vertical blanking interval. One by one, the companies they are litigating with will settle or face an injunction that could stop their services from being delivered.

The same crack patent and intellectual property lawyer will vigorously protect their other patents, including the two way patent being used by High Speed Access. The settlements which will happen in the near future will likely have several industry types reviewing their other patents, with the two way being one of the most valuable, but one that has not been infringed (nobody has used the patent or we would all have free high speed internet access already). I am sure this story will get more interesting in the coming weeks. Good luck.
