Chip,

No cycle highs were due on 4/12-monday, or on the top day, 4/13 Tuesday. But I've noticed significant tops and bottoms often do NOT occur on cycle due dates. The cycle due dates are pure trading tools, giving sound trading recommendations for a designated window of time.

They have not given a buy for today, as 626.77 NYSE was not exceeded... So they are still in sell mode, with the recommendation to sell yesterday (thursday's) highs. They recommend selling Monday's highs as well.

Thanks much for the TP guidelines... Looks like 12:30pm was a stinker.
