Adding my 2cents to the rudeness issue: I opened my account at Watley a few months ago and had some problems/questions regarding set-up and the software and had to call numerous times during the first weeks.
Not once was anyone rude to me - to the contrary for the most part they were very helpful. Maybe because I am a female with a nice voice - who knows ;)

But seriously, I also have accounts at Discover & Waterhouse and have been met with rudeness there on occasion.

I think if one prefaces with ...'I have a problem I hope you can help me with...' or add 'Please' it can go a long way. Don't forget they are probably dealing with a lot of rude callers as well and it can get frustrating for them too I'm sure.
