Victor, look at SIW's post 395. someone on rb thread gave a good comentary on aquisitions. frontline consulting is computer related problemsoving and management. they are involved in y2k solutions. what is going on with crnc and these companies is basicly you have crnc already being a public company and the three other companies realizing it is stratigic to align under their public umbrella than to atempt to become public on their own. florida machine and welding deal is for most part in the bag. frontline deal is getting close and the seminole deal has not gone foreward because crnc realized therir are potential liability issues. bottom line is that the deal as it stands now will take three smaller companies, crnc/florida machine and welding, and frontline consulting, and make a team that can move forward together much more effectivly than on their own. Question is are they a winning combo. my reserch tells me yes.
