So since my education by street, I guess its safe to say that the World Watch Institute is and INSIDER, so is Earth Watch Expeditions, and Northwestern University, and the Jewish Federation. They are all sitting in board meetings with DCH privy to all this info right sitting along side with O and Ram negotiating deals with Allied right street. I dont think,other than for 20,000 shares filed by haberman and the 2 blocks filed by firestone, and 2 by NG, the rest are insiders, just DCHT uses shares to pay bills instead of cash. Either way it hits the market. I guess what an investor hopes for is DCH can begin to sell product faster than it can pay bills in shares very very soon. Then maybe they can cross over and pay from cash flow. 5 Insider sales in 1 year, not too bad. But to Street all 144s are insiders. Hey St are you and officer of the company you sell private shares in with out subscription forms or OM's. Since I have never been an officer or director of a company selling shares I dont know for sure, but I thought that outside of an offering by a private company, private company can sell investment shares in the company but only by direct officers of the company and never by an agent.

DCHT Insiders Refuse To Sell Their Stock! Yes, that DCHT may do well IS conjecture most definitely. Your list of 144 filings is not. Known facts are valuable when predicting the future. However, your speculation concerning the significance of the filings is relatively poor fodder for evaluation in comparison with known alliances with major corporations. IMHO. I posted a link from RB which was written by Kathy McKnight. Didn't it imply that 144's are automatically reported as "planned sales" at the time restrictions come off? Doesn't this mean the 144's would be there even if there was absolutely no real thought of actually selling? Dilution is one thing, but did anyone sell? I've re-posted Kathys statement twice here and it's still unchallenged either place. Trader says there are five insider sales among your list. No wait, five PLANNED sales, right? I gather that an actual sale means a form 4 would show. I see DCH's fearless leader David Haberman filing in May of '98. The filings last three months, right? I guess he didn't sell, right? Did they all sell without those form 4's becoming public? So a bunch of 144's have been filed without any actual sales. What should that tell me? Known facts are valuable for predicting the future. DCHT sensors rode on a shuttle into space. DCHT sensors are going into the new X-33 spacecraft for NASA. DCHT sensors are in a Russian nuke. I think they work. DCHT has many safety applications in mind for its sensors in many industries. You can read about their prospective applications on this thread if you like. I thought I could count on the notion that 144's almost certainly mean the holders of stock will sell. Is it really true that none of those DCHT 144's culminated in sold stock? If so, I wonder why. What a mystery.

This post sir, Has to rank as one of the finest, best, most useful and important posts I have ever read on this or anyother thread. I thank you very much for it and though it is not 100% conclusive proof that the stock is a scam(after all they are in this to make money and there really is no reason for them to die paupers if they made an honest competent effort and got aced at the wire). We are at risk and so are they. It does cast a decided weird light on the whole picture and dims its viability perceptibly. THANK you very much.
