Since I have never been an officer or director of a company selling shares I dont know for sure, but I thought that outside of an offering by a private company, private company can sell investment shares in the company but only by direct officers of the company and never by an agent.<< You are clueless. As I said earlier I do not sell SHARES. I get ONE investor to be an angel, etc. Usually done with debt or pure equity. Basically, a business brokerage arrangemnt or a finders fee. For start-ups, mergers, acquisitions. Why do you keep dragging me into this? It is obvious RAM is an insider per non-disclosures, etc. Stop twisting the facts-- you are making yourself and this investment look worse and worse. Do you know Steve? Affiliated with RAM? Do you have a Series 7,11, etc?
