It may take a while to digest that....-g-

I can relate to "perception" vs. "knowledge". Perception for me has been gained by listening to various sources, and is short term. That is, as I have learned to my dismay, dangerous, since my emotions inevitably take over in the short term and I lose a short term(less than 3 months) trade more often than win one. Holding in the face of perception is difficult.

The problem with knowledge, for me, is obtaining it! It usually(perhaps I should say only) comes with experience, and time is the main constraint. My limited knowledge in PMs says if this isn't the bottom then the world financials are in for a deep hurtin'. The only way for me to find out if I am correct, is to keep on the course and verify by future actions in PMs.

Thanks for the tip on COMEX, tho I'm not totally convinced. -g- Then again, I have no way to really verify since I don't have a solid daily flow of information that I know is accurate, and even if I did, my time frame with COMEX is so limited in duration that I really couldn't base any conclusion on any valid long term study. I will take your statement and file it under "use caution".

Thanks

I'm taking what you're saying to mean that I shouldn't sell covered calls here against my NEM position, looking for nice short term profits, lest this be the start of a major move.

Since trading metals is a fool's game.
