You state, as a matter of fact, that SHAL and its IPOs are one big scam. Thus have you reported your findings to the SEC? You are spending so much time here to warn of your perceived danger. Are you shorting this stock? or do you have a personal grip with SHAL or what?..... I have checked on the insider trading as reported to the SEC and do not find it at all disturbing. When you talk of the massive insider selling are you referring to the alleged Canadian sales? If so please provide how I may verify that information. I had asked another from this thread for such but he said he can not because it is a secret he can not reveal. Perhaps, in your quest to protect us from harm, you will provide us with the details neccessary for that confirmation.

Another poster claimed this is a scam and I asked him if he filed a complaint with the SEC and never heard back from him. If you have not filed will you be filing a complaint?

I know these are tough pointed questions but please do not respond with comments seeking to degrade me. It does one no good besides I'm only interested in facts that I can confirm.

With all due respect from one investor to another who are both striving to make $1........... 2.....

Realmoney; I think you have hit upon the central theme here...

"IPO stock" is the new opiate of the masses

Thats the EXTRA-good part of plan. My hat is off to Mr Krause in that regard. By making people wait, for "IPO shares" he effectively makes their shares illiquid, since nobody want to sell and "miss out" on this great opportunity. This, naturally, would make it easier for him, or others, to sell stock.

Oh, and as for proof of strange doings at SHAL, my long and wrong friends, call Mr. Krause and ask him who controlled the shell that Janus merged into? I think you will find the answers enlightening. (I'll give you a hint, his initials are G.K.)

Buyer Beware!
