RACE TA looking good... RACE chart shows good base, width approaching that of the last run from 4 to 6. Lower low, higher high for Friday, with low level accumulation. If RACE can move up another 1/4 point, we will be in launch mode. Also, there has been a significant shift to the Low Cap stocks within the past week. Take Friday's numbers: ~ ~ NASDAQ down 4.2% ~ ~ S & P UP 2.2 % ~ ~ DOW UP 3.1% ~ ~ Russell 2000 UP 3.9 % The above trend can only help the small stocks across the board.
