Barb: Glad to hear you are successfully trading using a 'payment for order flow' broker. Which one do you use? Also, you mentioned occasional slow trade confirmations... How long does it typically take for a trade execution? How often does the price slip one or two levels between the inside offer at the time of a buy order, versus your fill price? I know that Gary Korn uses Fidelity and has been very happy: techstocks.com As you mentioned, you can't trade pre-open with these brokers, but that is only a minor problem if you can consistently get good fills at the inside bid or ask during a fast market.
