Zeev........

Your questions were added to the list as you are well aware.
(See techstocks.com )

The answers to ALL the questions were forwarded to the company together with Marty Frankel who visited the company- see list,
Message 8701757

The list was compiled so that the questions could
be presented and answered in there totality. Most,
if not all the "long" participant on this thread are
aware of this strategy.

Martin posted the following posts indicating his schedule
for posting these answers:

"... The report with responses to the thread's questions will be
posted this weekend even if I have to use one of my kid's
computers.
Again, I must repeat, IMO there are nothing but
positives and I see no negatives whatsoever. Just got off the phone
to be sure that I would be faxed the few remaining items I personally
want confirmed in writing to avoid any miscommunication. SEC
documents are very technical and difficult to interpret, but the
answers I received make everything quite clear to me...."

No... I am not TSIG's "PR guy"! I am a shareholder with a substantial
position willing to make the effort to do the maximum DD possible
and share it with the threads. The "report" (answers to your
submitted questions plus my own observations) will be posted over the
weekend after I (1) receive via fax one last bit of factual
information from corporate counsel to confirm what I was told and (2)
I can be sure my computer will not crash (when I say crash I mean
unable to even boot into any operating system).
...

This weekend is this weekend.

Let's see what occurs.....

When answers are received, anyone who is dissatisfied with the
responses or wishes to put a "spin" on the answers (Zeev...I know
you're most likely going to try) should CALL or visit the
company for independent verification rather than conjecture.
A call to Paul Henry at 727/897-4000 will ensure you receive
a response. After you personally call, Zeev please PM me so that
I can call Henry to verified that you called and I will post my
verification publicilly so no one questions your veracity and
integrity as anyone who has ever read your posts on SI should. Please
don't tell me that you can't afford the phone call....(I bet you
will though).

Marty is a respected poster here...but any and every
comment should be taken with a grain of salt by anyone made
on message boards....especially yours Zeev.

Sincerely,

ztect (spelling not checked)

btw...I emailed questions to JNNE and never got answers.

Saw you traded in that stock from .08 to .20 even though you didn't understand how the company made money. Now I'm know you too have doubts about that company and you did your thing over there as well.

But if that company actually reported, the share price wouldn't be so volatile and wouldn't be so easy to pump. I was surprised that you
weren't more critical of statements being bantered around as if they were "facts". Personally I didn't find many of your questions and concerns on that thread very insightful or even knowledgable. Again, I was very surprised that you especially made no independent effort to corraborate statements about dilution and financings or questioned the very specious content contained in press releases.

Seems like your true intention whenever you post is to cast
aspersions rather than do any true due diligence that either
contests such aspersions or justifies such doubts..

Disclaimer: IMO TSIG has been successfully restructuring itself with an unique marketing strategy and integrated e-commerce/e-service business model with some very qualified new management. This restructuring is yet to be reflected in the company's filings. The company is fully reporting. These are my conclusions and mine alone. I encourage each and everyone to come to their own conclusions. I suggest those interested in understanding TSIG start their research via this link below to a website of compiled "due diligence". Do your own research before taking any position in any company to fully understand the risks associated with your investment decisions. This page includes several field reports on the company.
