< Successful trading requires finding your unique edge and capitalizing on it. >

How true!! I started in 1996 trading based on TA and did reasonably well. In 1997 I was intrigued by the "opportunites" at day trading firms. In the end "that" kind of trading wasn't me, too impulsive for an ex-engineer who wanted to analyze the hell out of everything. I've moved back to TA based trading and have done better and feel much less stressed as I know my trades are well thought out. But in the end it is finding what works for a person and also that they feel comfortable with it.

" Stock
market day trading has been around a lot longer than the video game trading
systems offered by the EDTs these days. "

Indeed.I have a book written in 1910 "Studies in tape reading" in which a trader shows some of his daytrades using the high tech paper tape. It's interesting how little has changed.
