Correction

On reflection, I disagree with Netman's assessment of expected share value. Given the likelihood of the Interport lease, and from joining the dots in my last post, my own feeling is that in the near to mid-term, given what we currently know, the shares should be valued in the $4+ range. Of course, I have no idea where the market will actually take them. Do your own DD.

John,
Great post as always. One small correction regarding NASDAQ National listing requirements. The minimum bid price is $5:

Also, your statement regarding TAC / Don Harris controlling 2-3 Mil. shares confuses me. According to the last annual report, he owned / controlled 395,200 shares and had 300,000 options. Granted, since then additional shares and options have been issued (I am guessing around 800,000 shares based on the $400,000 proceeds) but I doubt, all of them to Don.

Another point to take into consideration on the control issue is the IMO overwhelming likelihood of a major US financing in the not too distant future
