also, check out the cwss page here on SI, i don't know but am willing to bet the old CAWS is worthless and new CWSS is worth $20 or so (buyout price) looks like they went bankrupt, got all equity wiped clean, set directors and high level guys with stock & options, old stock is worthless, debtholders somehow reincorporated with new stock, got bought out by MCI maybe abruzzie's plane will crash. anyone with the real deal please post, i am going to try to call the company and see whats up later hk
