You are right, USAB is much better. Let's compare. TRAC lost money in the last quarter, USAB made .19 per share. Trac has 3.1 million in the float, USAB has 1.4. TRAC is issuing more shares to raise cash. USAB is profitable and won't need to do that. The only USAB will get more shares outstanding is through stock splits, which is great for it's investors. TRAC will offer online trading and stock quotes etc, USAB will offer a similar service but they will also be a full service bank with on line bill paying capablility, loans etc.
I will give you that TRAC's website is more proven, but we'll see about USAB's on Monday. I hear it will blow away others.

I think TRAC will do great but I think USAB will pass it on the way up. Maybe we'll both meet at 50 or so.
