russet, As I stated earlier, IMO, either JK has lost it, or it appears that he has become part of a deliberate, ongoing effort (by Aber) to discredit and undermine Winspear....surely JK is not dumb enough to be Aber's dupe is he?.....or is he a "hired gun"?..... As for Jk's intuition that Aber will prevail and have their right to participate re-instated by the courts....well, here is my opinion, and I won't charge anyone for it: my intuition tells me that Aber's claim won't get past judges chambers...it won't even get to court as it has no merit..... regards, teevee
