Allow me to draw a comparison close to home. What if the US decided to send everyone of Hispanic origin back into Mexico? English speaking US troops move into towns and villages and told Spanish speakers to hit the road in the next hour. They don't move, haul a few out into the street and shoot them. The others get the idea and are on their way. This dear people is happening in Kosovo and is why the right thinking people of the NATO countries are fighting Milosovic.

The answer to this miscalculated fiasco is probably this...NATO strategy is Marshall plan like, that would have naturally involve Serbia after new gvn is established in Belgrade.....The reconstruction seem feasible as World War II destruction of Europe was far greater... Assuming that Belgrade Gvn can be transformed into collaborators this scenario ignores just what you said..Albanians and Serbians would not live in one state under newly created scorched conditions....No Serbian would ever agree to give-up Kosovo.... Aas for refugee propaganda that they want to return..it is absurd Most would never will after tasting West/Turkey life..
