CB: Re May 15th

The one sticking point with the May 15th date is whether they only have to file one S-1/A. Both DBCC/MKTW and ZD/ZDZ had to file multiple S-1/As before they got it correct.

DBCC/MKTW - S1 filed on 10/13/98
5 S-1/As filed prior to the actual IPO on 1/15/99

ZD/ZDZ - S1 filed on 12/22/98
5 S-1/As filed prior to the actual IPO on 3/31/99

These examples show a 3 month gap between the S1 filing and the IPO. Based on a 3/3/99 S1 filing by Net Radio, we should see the IPO around the 1st or 2nd week in June. If DBCC and CBS took 5 S1 amendments to get it right and ZD and Softbank took 5 amendments, I don't expect NAVR and VVTV to get it right on the first amendment.

Please don't take this the wrong way. I would rather have people expect it in June and have it come earlier than expect it mid-May and not see it at that time.

I think you have time for a few more fishing trips. Enjoy.
