S-1a, the a simply means ammended. As Net Radio hasn't set price or number of shares a S-1a would preceed the offering. Anytime a material change occurs they file a S-1a (usually price or quanity related)
EVEREN isn't noted for their IPO's, however they're a large full service brokerage. As my contact at Everen indicates NAVR is scheduled for late April I frankly don't know what would delay them (other than poor market conditions). With EVEREN's size they'll have no trouble selling it out if the market remains receptive to the I-NUT ipo (read risky and unproven business plan).

RetireSoon - 3 months from the S1 is what I planned on from the start. In fact, before somebody wired Terri's mouth shut she gave me a tentative time table 45 days for SEC to respond, 2 weeks for SEC response to S1a, 2 weeks for a Roadshow and I personally would add another 2 weeks for general incompetance.

The only scarry part is if their earnings are horrible with a skiddish market we could be back at 12 real soon. DLIA did it right. Got their IPO out before earnings which were horrible. They tanked but from a higher valuation. Anyone have an idea how NAVR's earnings picture might be? (Or are earning just simply not discussed when dealing with a parent of a pending IPO)
