I hope it does happen in late April. The thought of having this IPO in the summer does not sound very good.

Why would DBCC and ZD need so many amendments to the S1? There had to be more changes than just the price and shares offered to amend it 5 times.

Anyway, late April would be a great time for an IPO. I'm not going to hold my breath though. Nothing has gone smoothly on this IPO and I don't expect them to end it smoothly. I know, bad attitude.

Mad2 - hope your Everen guy is right, otherwise I'll be Mad 3.

Maybe you could check back with him (or her, don't want to be sexist) and find out why somebody else's contact at Everen said something crazy like July, Aug. I think you might remember somebody posting that a while back. I hate conflicting info especially coming from the same source (Everen). Then what's a poor investor to do. (i know, become a rich investor) ; )
