Aside from the inconvenience and trading costs of shorting BB stocks under a dollar, is there another good reason why it isn't a good short candidate?

The market cap, and not the stock price, is what one should look at when deciding what the 'level' is at the moment.

The market cap for this stock is somewhere close to $50 or $60 M. That seems like a lot for a company with no significant operations, essentially no employees or revenues, and some of the most peculiar SEC filings I've ever seen.
