VectorVest Rates IOM a strong SELL

vectorvest.com

VectorVest.Com has wisely rated IOM a SELL at this point. This report on IOM is one of the best I've ever seen, and points to awful truths that a lot of Iomaniacs refuse to see.

VectorVest's fair value for IOM stock right now is $3.60.

The Market will soon most assuredly also value IOM fairly at $3.60.

Dave, Thanks for your contributions

A couple of comments about the last conference and follow up calls.

The expectation of the Clik! income is 10% of their total revenue for the year,an mp3 unit with an AGFA camera will not generate that kind of income in 6 months.
The total income between Michael's, Dave's and Ken's estimates are between 1.699 to 2.019 billion in sales, I doubt that any had factored in 170 to 200 million in sales for Clik!.
The reason why I bring this up is that I believe this management
is fairly conservative, ( like on the ultra side ), and don't believe that they would have made that kind of statement without having the commitments from major OEMs in hand. Could be the reason why Fuji announced the decision to brand Clik! disks.

The margin on Zip 250 is positive to the OEMs and they expected a sales ratio shift between Zip 100 and 250 from 10/90 to a 50/50 range, margins look to be improving.

The recent retail price reductions of the Zip 100 were paid for and offset by cost savings.
