Jim - Who picked EP? He was already picked - he was the CEO and had been for years when this play started. Rose had only been with the company for 2 years. He had a great vision and his track record in PCs was flawless, but this was a very difficult transition and I'm sure they had a lot of due diligence along the way. How much experience do you have in working as senior management at a large company? It's not a football team with a quarterback.
