FYI—I did some digging back through AZNT.
Guess who ran the fraudulent Sweet Factory release? <gg>

(Three guesses are allowed)

I can appreciate that Business Wire is concerned about fraudulent releases. In fact, I believe that was the whole point of a certain April Fool's prank which they are currently harrassing. Who would have known that BW leaves alone, preferring to hassle Webnode, a company like AZNT, an OTC:BB stock issue which releases fraudulent material through the services of Business Wire:

(marcos mentioned a link): #reply-6282694 Perhaps other kind folks will notice other similar releases? (note for readers: Sweet Factory does not, nor has ever intended to distribute Touch of Nature, as confirmed by Sweet Factory's CEO and purchasing dept.)

Would anybody have guessed that this was a point which said April Fool's prank was making—that OTC:BB fraud occurs on the net via helpfully kind organizations like Business Wire?

Simply shocking.

Got a call this afternoon from one of 'their' legal chaps&#151for some reason, B******* W*** was not entirely satisfied with the deletion of the reference which was [reference deleted]. Whilst tempted to refer him to my friend, Jimmy, instead I referred to my counsel, Bruce, who has a very specific and excellent history with internet, trademark, and parody matters.
