To Kash, You may be right about long-term versus short-tem. I however, have a different slant on this matter. The only conceivable short-term negative is the uncertainty surrounding cpq needing to fill two vacancies. I believe the market is looking down the road, looking at Rosen's track record and may very well conclude that Rosen and the remainder of the board will find a very able ceo in short order. Given this likelihood many investors may decide "I don't want to miss out when a new ceo is appointed. I'm buying now - all the bad is news is out". Therefore, I believe we're at the bottom (again subject to a new surprise regarding accounting nonsense, missing the .15, etc). I hope i'm right for once. time will tell - GO CPQ!!
