t.rex, and all INVESTORS IN PABN ... This weekend has certainly been interesting. For a lot of investors, this weekend may be the first real initiation that they have had with tag-team bashing. I have a question for you to ponder as you sift through all of the posts both pro-company and basher based: What purpose would someone who is NOT an investor in PABN have in posting literally thousands of messages which are all bad? I mean, not even a discussion, but no matter what it is, it is bad? Remind you of Freddie Kruger? IMHO, everyone is motivated by something. Some are paid to do what they do. Some are hopeful. Some are daring. Some are gamblers. Some bother to call or visit the company. Others turn down a free all expense paid trip to visit the company (You really have to ask what motivates them to continue to bash after passing up a free opportunity to get real information from the company face to face). As you measure the veracity of any poster, think about this one point - motivation. No one here is so altruistic that they will invest untold hours without some return for the time spent. So, why are the bashers here? Well, that one you will have to answer for yourselves. If you will remember in the recent case against President Clinton, arguments were made that certain actions were "representative of a behavior pattern". The posts lately by both jhild and ColleenB are also examples of a behavior pattern. ColleenB's unfounded claim to the number of authorized shares is a specific example of the same behavior pattern. In the present situation, we have ColleenB and jhild who both use the same strategy to perpetrate their FRAUD (Sometimes together as a tag team, and sometimes alone, but you never know which is using which alias unless you read closely) while having absolutely no fact, but just their own desire to hurt everyone except perhaps those for whom they work, whoever that may be: Step 1. Post some obscure false claim on an anonymous board. RB is a favorite choice lately since it is free and anonymous. Step 2. Copy the false claim onto SI while praising the anonymous poster and ask if the false claim could possibly be true, but do so with a leading question that strongly suggests that the false claim is true. Step 3. Talk about the false claim as if the false claim is obviously true. Step 4. Post that the false claim is irrefutable fact. Step 5. When asked for real FACT to back up the false claim, attack the asker on a personal level, but NEVER respond to the call for backup fact in support of the false claim. Sometimes even demand proof from the person questioning the false claim that the false claim is indeed false. (That one is a real turnaround feeble attempt to justify a lie, but it happened just last evening right here when Colleen was asked for proof to back up her fraudulent claim) There is a case pending in the courts as we speak concerning anonymous posters and the damage they have done to another company by posting false claims on Yahoo. I understand that in that case, Yahoo has given up the necessarry subscription and electronic information to identify the anonymous posters and bring them before the court. Bottom line here, folks, do your own DD. Call the company. Call the TA. Call the Delaware Secretary of State. But no matter how you do it, DEMAND FACTS. Then make your decisions based on knowledge, not inuendo and lies.
