Richard Pryor (not the comedian I hope!) filed to sell 150,000 only four days ago. This could account for some of the weakness in lieu of financing news but in the grand scheme of things this really doesn't represent a lot of shares. Also, just because they file doesn't mean they're selling, it is only an intent to sell.
