Puff Daddy; The 23,000,000 float (shares owned by non-affiliates)is listed on the Company's 10K form recently filed with the SEC. My previous post contained actual excerpts (cut and paste) from the 10K filing and also from the SB-2/A posted on 2-16-99 which including the registration for the floorless convertible preferred shares. I urge you to visit the website containing the company's edgar filings. One of the messages posted on SI contained the URL for this filing. For your information, Yahoo almost never updates their information and is most often inaccurate in the profile information, at least for Bulletin Board Companies. I think we need to be more concerned about the floorless convertible and the number of shares that will be issued based on the floating discount which appears to be 35% discount plus 10% which appears as a penalty for a total of 45% discount. Based on the formula provided, it appears that the conversion price is 55% of the five day average closing bid price prior to the date of conversion. Tomorrow is another day. Studious
