I hear what you are saying but they (insiders) knew that people would buy after their press release and website come on - why didn't they file to sell through 144 ? This would be the perfect time to sell for insiders - wouldn't it ?

Don't you just find it hilarious that after all the internet investment community has been through in the last year... that still to this day all a company has to do is scream "website" and there is a one or two day pile up... I just think that is so amazing.

p.s. I'm not saying I suspect this in any way but I have seen 144 forms submitted after the fact. I wonder if they have to pay a fine for doing that or how that works.
