Gustave, that was a nice story but I find it very hard to believe that we'll have Milosevic emulators appearing throughout Europe. You highlighted my point again though: we cannot try/convict a nation based on wild extrapolations of the current situation. If we start doing that in effect we'll be bombing half the world for "what could happen".. I believe that a very conservative approach needs to be taken with foreign policy especially when we are talking about military intervention. p.s. On a completely different note, you mentioned your from Belgium, fantastic place (and beer)- I really enjoyed Brussels, Waterloo and Bruge.
